60 Spring Street Residences

New York, NY

60 Spring Street is a residential condominium development in the SoHo neighborhood of lower Manhattan. The project consists of the renovation and restoration of an early 20th Century stone-and-brick building that originally housed the East River Savings and Loan Company. Forty loft condominium apartments were carved out of the existing structure, which rises above a ground floor restaurant and retail spaces at the lobby level. A new penthouse level was constructed on top of the existing roof.
